    Alaska Marble & Granite, Inc.

OUR COMPANY

In 1981, in Anchorage's old warehouse district backed by the railroad delivery tracks, Alaska Marble & Granite opened its doors as the first stone fabrication shop in Alaska.

In the decades that follow, AMG has grown in product inventory, staff, and technology. From a small enterprise barely large enough to maintain the owners and one other individual, working on installations during the day and fabrication at night, we've grown to support over 10 employees who work in various stages of administration, customer service, fabrication, and installation.

In 2002, the business moved to a larger facility, creating room for new equipment, a much larger inventory, and a spacious showroom displaying the company's expanded products and demonstrating our commitment to personalization and creativity with each customer.

Throughout the years, we have strived to maintain the highest quality and selection of stone products in Alaska. Today, more than twenty five years later, Alaska Marble & Granite remains a source of inspiration, expertise, and distinctive products for the style-minded homeowner and design professional.

OUR PEOPLE

We do more than just sell stone. A beautiful finished product is dependent on great design, experienced craftsmanship, professional installation and the determination to deliver results no matter the circumstances. We are committed to our clients. Repeat customers are foundational to our business and we strive to provide the best products with value added service in order to satisfy them to the highest degree.

Our core team has worked together for decades with a shared pride in workmanship which translates into a smooth process for you. We continually progress with the developing stone business. Through membership with stone and design field associations: Marble Institute of America, American Society of Interior Designers, National Kitchen and Bath Association, we are a true source for industry knowledge and product resources.
